you get good at something because you work hard at it and do it a lot

if you want to be good at something you should do it a bunch instead of wishing you were good

I know you're trying to be complimentary and I know steven is a nicer guy than me so he'll take it that way but it's kind of personally frustrating to me when people talk about wishing they had talent

Collection of some doodles of 2 new characters I've been working with. Marcus 'Marks' the Will-O-Wisp and Spencer Wattson (the big guy); 'Ghost Gumshoes'


These sketches date back a couple of weeks. Lately I've been drawing Marks without the scar since it wasn't neccesary and Spencers has a more realistic moustache. I'll try to scan some more recent drawings of them later.

Did you come up with these characters yourself?

They of course have inspiration they draw from, but I created and evolved the designs myself, yes.

I also love how you shade things with those diagonal lines. it cives your drawings a certain feel that is really good
