It would be really cool to see you finish a full piece of art.
You should try and draw a stump in the middle of a bright and cheery forest, sun just peaking through the trees in the back. In the middle would be a girl playing around the stump, perhaps with a flower in her hand or something. I don't know, just trying to give ideas.

The reason I don't most of the time is because I want to focus practicing on one area. If you just keep going through the process of making piece after piece sure you get better in general, but I'm trying to focus on form, expression, stuff like that. I'm not really interested in creating full pieces until I feel like I've nailed those areas lol. Though of course the occasional full piece will pop up occasionally.

That belt makes no sense. The only thing with that kind of texture is ribbon, and ribbon doesn't hold skirts on unless you tie it off. Plus it's not very comfortable.

It's a very nice drawing though.

Not sure what the point of the drawing is.

If you look at her past drawings, the waist of her skirt is a series of belts. I haven't detailed them in yet.
