I see what you mean lol maybe making both their legs full-black wasn't a good call The last two drawings were both made in two hours. I usually don't spend longer than 3 hours on a traditional drawings. It's true that Damian has been around for ages. The character and setting have played a large role in my life for such a long amount of time, makes me think sometimes. He's come a long way I think, especially if you consider that it was only 4 years ago that he still looked like this:  Over the years I've thought up many stories and characters that ultimately didn't stick. The only concepts that have stuck with me for longer than a year are Crossroads (Damian's setting) and the Ghost Gumshoes. Fun fact; Damian originally started out as another character in another series I was drawing at the time. Back then his name was Taylor and he was literally just Cloud Strife though. Similairly both Marks and Spencer also started out as different characters in different ideas. Marks was originally a character in Amadeus the Square, a small comic I drew for the school paper in middle school and Spencer was originally a battle suit for a character called Dr. Barrelpunk in the Damian universe. _________________ (you can now tweet mean things at me on Twitter @StevenEggplant) |

Best part about changing the design of a character is that you can actually make this version of Damian an official version of himself when he was younger. That's what I did with Shaske, except I made him younger with time instead lol.

No idea yet tbh. There are some really cool options like Derezzed, Rhinestone Eyes, Plastic Beach etc. I think I could just go with a more simple and straightforward Daft Punk though, which I think fits the design really well as well.
