Shin Akuma might also have a third party role, due to third parties being shown guilty. However, he said he would kill snowflakecat because snowflakecat is more experienced. But we'll never know if he is lying.

Nevertheless, I will still vote to lynch Shin Akuma.

I'll tell you now that i'm telling the truth. I'll also tell you that you are right and i'm not a backstabber, nor will I use another memeber as a decoy to keep myself safe. If i'm caught, i'm caught. However, i'm not a pirate, i'm a normal member, and like you, I have a very important role. However, I couldn't use my role last night, so I did another night action.

If that isn't enough, then i'll have to item that I aquired in order to prove my innonce on myself.

Investigative roles recieve reports on whether people are "guilty" or "innocent".

When I first read Toad's post, my initial reaction was, "Either this guy is stupid, or he's maf." I'm not sure what to think now, since Shin is not exactly clearing himself. And, the only item that I can think of off the top of my head that can be used during the day is a gun.

I won't vote for now, but even if Shin uses an item, he isn't cleared. Maybe I'm just being paranoid.

As Nezbit (Shin Akuma) began to face claims that he was one of the scum, he realized that he had to pull out his trump card. From his pockets he pulled out a strange device, with wires colored red, blue, green, yellow, light magenta, and a meter that didn't measure numerically. It was a Lie Detector.

Everyone watched in silence as he inserted the wires into different parts of his body: the earlobes, the wrists, the ankles. He began to sit down and recall a previous statement. As he speaked, the meter clicked and moved, adjusting to different sentences, indicating the truth in the statement...



Suddenly, sparks flew out of the Lie Detector, and its circuits were blown due to extensive use.

Hm... looks like Shin Akuma is a third party role.
Apparantely, Shin couldn't have killed somebody because he couldn't use his role.
That must mean he isn't a killing role, an investigative role, or a protective role for sure.
Although I have the investigative role, I don't have any other information about Shin other than when I investigated him (I'm not telling how), he was guilty.

For the sake of the game, I'll keep my vote till needed. I promise I'm not a pirate. Even put a lie detector on me. I don't care.

Anyway, I'm willing to believe he's not even a third party member. That true statement didn't just say "I'm not a pirate". It also said he was a normal member.
Anyway, I'm definitely not voting for Shin anymore, based on this little revelation.
Toad doesn't seem to be lying, though, he's acting too stupid for it. Either Shin is third party, or one of the investigative roles is defective (akin to an insane cop or something in normal mafia). Another alternative is that one of the role-blockers is less direct. i.e they stop the other roles from working properly, not outright preventing them from being used at all. (in this case we can liken it to the framer in normal mafia).

I can't really tell who to lynch anymore. But then again, we can't just have another no lynch.

Why would you assume I am a pirate? I'm not as stupid as you would think.
I'm not lying at all. I do have an investigative role (mind-reader, to be exact), I read that Shin was guilty, and I'm not a pirate.

I honestly don't not why he ain't scum.
There are some possibilities, however:
- I might have a defective role
- The lie detector is defective
or - Shin is a third party person.
