They may be extremely mediocre, but there's one thing I particularly like about your work. When you draw a face, you make sure to use every part in the expression. I can't tell you how much of a difference that makes. I know immediately how they feel, unlike most beginning artists. All you have to do now is work on the structure and you're set. Seriously, keep doing what you're doing, you only need to fix minor mistakes now.
What I can plainly see that needs work are your (I hate repeating this, but it's such a common problem...) proportions. I can tell you know how to manipulate perspective, so you're a-ok in that regard. I'd also like to quickly point out your shading. It's very... nice, especially in that last bust of the girl with the pink hair. _________________  "What if there is no tomorrow?
