In the first sketch, the hand seems a bit misplaced (shoulder pads also appear to be missing) and wasn't the lance longer?

... NF incarnate? His feet on the left look like they're pointed upwards, like pointy shoes. But on the right they look like they're curved the opposite direction. The shield also appears to be behind his face/mask.
