So, as many of you know, there's been new "groups" of existing Pokemon. There's been a new Ninetales, Vulpix, Sandshrew and etc. This is my take on a Delta Blaziken variant. What do you think?

How do you achieve that glowing effect, I would really like to learn that.

I did the lineart in flash, so I just put it back into it whe i was done with the basic coloring, drew the fog and explody stuff and added a glow and a blur filter.
