i need an image edditing program that can make neon graphics like this


with the white light in the middle and everything
for mac pls

Adobe Illustrator can do the job just fine, but you have to know what your doing in order to use that program, so that's pretty much the deciding factor.
I think you can also do this in Photoshop, but I'm not an expert in using that program.

note: if you want something that is super easy and can do what you want it to do here, then my suggestions are probably not going to fly too well for you lol.
try searching google for a program that can do neon effects of you haven't already

you can use paint tool SAI. very simple:
1 - create a pitch black layer.
2 - create a layer underneath the black one, with a bright colour.
3 - return to the black layer. using a round eraser brush at 100% density, draw the lines. you will be "erasing" part of the black, revealing the colour beneath.
4 - you will want it to glow like neon; this can be done if you get a much wider round eraser, but reduce its density to about 15%. it will give you that soft gradient.

i recomend using Paint Tool SAI. easy, free, fast to learn. but it WOULD look better in photoshop, thoug it would also be much much harder.

maybe Geno... but he really asked for "image editing program" so i threw in what i had.

sadly i have no other suggestions though.

hmm... if he's looking for a filter, then I might suggest Fractalius as a Photoshop add-on. only problem being that it isn't free
