._. ok... Back on topic, and a question. I want to make my own banner, sigs, etc. but what if you do not have Adobe nor can afford it? Oh I do not know if I can still make all the edits with the the Adobe but i have photoshop. I think its verison 5.0. (very old :/)

Yes, it should work about the same, but the interface probably wouldn't be as fluid.

If you try to rotate anything in it, it looks fine while you're rotating it, but then as soon as you stop clicking it blurs up.

That's photoshop using antialiasing to smooth it out. If you want it to stay a vector, use a program like Flash or Illustrator.
