I've still got a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooong way to go, buddy. Come back often and you can watch me slowly improve until maybe I gain 'Geno God' status. Currently, I'm just practicing shading, and I'll probably switch programs now (possibly use Photoshop to colour and Illustrator for line art).

Well guys, I got a new laptop, graphics tablet and I'm all set for university! I managed to get into the course I wanted (Bachelor of Design in Animation combined with International Studies) no problem. Though I'm well aware of how much drawing you need to do so I may change courses to some science if I find myself struggling.

Well, without further ado, here is my first completed drawing I did with my new tablet (bought in mid January), drawn on Illustrator and coloured on Photoshop. I drew this for my friend ^^ who plays the same game as me. I also posted this on the game's subreddit.

Glad you like it! I've finally gotten the hang of shading hair after this, so pretty happy with my own progress pace. Took me a while to get used to Photoshop though. I'm satisfied with Photoshop colouring wise so I guess I'll continue the PS + Illustrator combination (PS's lock transparent pixels means I have less cleaning up to do!)
Seems like I'm stronger in shading than in line art, oh wells.

Anyway, technically he uses dual 'spears' (looks like lances to me ._.) and his 2nd evolution has his name changed to "Spear Arms Raydn". So I just gave him literal drill/spear arms.

Yea, I feel much better! Thank goodness because I have uni just after I recovered.

My net has been fluctuating unstably for the past half a month, ugh... Well, I'm on a 2 week break so I managed to finish off that fan art
