I can assure you that it's probably a coincidence (I tend to draw on the spur of the moment so I don't really use references unless I specify I did). There are a few issues with the drawing anyway (leg/boot perspective *cough*) that I can't seem to correct =x

Eh, I didn't create anything new yet (no time, gotta study for HSC in 2 days ><). Instead, I decided to try revamp that sprite I did a while back because I remembered one of my friends at school (who's a spriter) said I used to many colours so I decided to axe some.
I managed to reduce colour pallet by 9 colours. Wow. And did some shading changes and stuff (may have made it worse, dunno xD)

Left is old. Right is new.
Question: Does the 'shading' or fail anti-aliasing or whatever it's called considered as 'bad step banding'?

I wouldn't mind drawing some of the cast, just you wait till I'm done with my HSC and the first thing I'll do is (probably take a nap) to draw!

Also, it seems as though I have zero consistancy when it comes to drawing.

After some line testing on Flash and Illustrator:

Well, that'll partially explain why I suck at drawing super curvy hair. (Although the main reason is because I actually suck xD)

So I decided to test out 3 drawing programs:

And Illustrator wins by a laarge margin (unless someone tells me to make Photoshop lines auto smooth...)
So, Tac3, I'll need your help in learning this new program!
