It's... not completely s***. For one, the proportions are in order. That's the biggest thing. Second, the perspective seems to be good, but I haven't seen too many of your drawings, therefore I'll refrain from drawing conclusions just yet.
I'd like to see your hands, now. No really, draw hands. If you can do this, you're ok. If not, then get to it.

His right thigh is a bit off, less concave on the outside would look better. The folds in his jacket are a little unnatural as well but that all changes with shading so there isn't much you can do yet. Other than that it's a good transition from paper to pixel. Edit: A second look and I noticed the left arm is a little bigger than it should be, the angle of the rest of the picture also implies his arm would be angled *a bit higher *up not down. Fixing the angle should also fix the length.
