You want a REAL challenge? What is the square root of 196 minus the square root of 169?

The two angles are vertical, so they should be equal. Duh.

Oh please. ANYONE who knows their squares knows that.
1.
And I did not use a calculator.
What is the square root of 13.783 cubed?

That would be redundant. As this is the "Sprite Workshop".

Save the dragons... please? And btw, just because they are not eggs does not mean they will automatically survive. They have to mature to survive. Thus, please click?

Umm... 51.1700256.
Here's one I saw on the internet. It's a word problem that is EXTREMELY difficult.
And it IS answerable.

Given are X and Y, two integers, greater than 1, are not equal, and their sum is less than 100. S and P are two mathematicians; S is given the sum X+Y, and P is given the product X*Y of these numbers.

P says "I cannot find these numbers."
S says "I was sure that you could not find them."
P says "Then, I found these numbers."
S says "If you could find them, then I also found them."
What are these numbers?

Way too hard to answer, though! :wee:

Don't feel bad, I didn't get it either.
I just looked up the answer. :wee:

Dude, that was totally random and irrational. That number would have more decimal places than pi... And that has infinite decimal places.

the answer is PI (Π)

now solve this

x + 5y = 18
3x + 2y = 41

(this shouldent be too tough)
