Just saw it. I believe it was the right ratio of boring expository s***:s*** blowing up.

Yep, it was better than the second one at the very least. Is it me, or is Optimus more brutal? Especially when he dealt with Megatron and Sentinal, and the way he worded when he and the others came back as well.




Shockwave and Laserbeak were pretty cool.

Haven't seen the other movies. And I don't plan to break that streak any time soon. The trailers just didn't interest me.

I might see it, just for the hell of it.

Notice that the Decepticons were basically shooting up civilians for fun already. I was under the impression that he was a little annoyed about that. Also notice how in the second movie, he fights four Decepticons in a forest with practically no need to worry about collateral damageand only loses because Sam gets in the way.

Yeah, considering that by the third movie, it seems there's like 9 autobots left, Cybertron is lost and dead after a long war, and the leader who disappeared and burdened him with leadership betrayed him, I could understand why he's like that.

That said, I enjoyed Chicago.

To me, I felt the end of the movie happened too quickly after the climax. Only one minute after Optimus kills Sentinial, the movie ends. It gives a sort of unsatisfying feel when they end it too quickly to the climax.

I did like it though. Not the best movie ever, but I liked it.

It's pretty interesting watching the movie in Chicago, you watch a movie about the place your in getting blown to bit.
Did anybody else see it in IMAX?

I feel as if NEST and the military took up alot of time doing all that building transition s***. Also I thought I was gonna see a badass final battle between Megatron and Optimus. Or at least some of the other autobots or classic things.

it was overall good to me althought i saw most of that stuff coming it was predicatable like even i could have wrote than into the script. oh and the replacement for megan fox was hot but just not the same lol.

shockwave and laserbeak were awesome, it's awesome that we finally figured out what happened to barricade from the first movie. i thought it was way predictable too.
i knew sentinel was going to be evil. but meh. however the new chick makes me think "megan who?"
