Geno:Pretty much all he has said is brik is town.Null

King Arthur:He needs to post more so i can get a proper read.null

Brik:He refused to talk about set up speculation. He has been active, questioning people and he voted Terra based on meta(not really a big fan of) but he is still the most townish player.Town

Lucina:Pressured nixter about Brik wanting a banwagoned on terra being a "trap".Didn't want people to join the argument against nixter.Hasn't said much outside of that.Town

Nixter:Said that brik wanting a bandwagon on terra was a trap to try and find scum.He was pressured by Lucina about that later on,people started joining in on that.Joined the argument between Brik and dephius when he was being asked questions by others.null leaning scum.

Kyuubit:Refused to talk about set up speculation.Could use more post.Null

Genis:He was attacked a lot because of being one of the main talkers in set up speculation and trying to do a RQS that nobody wanted to answer.null

Terra:Attacked genis because of the RQS.He has been using meta to judge some players. While i'm not a big fan of using meta terra has been trying to get people more involved.null leaning town.

Dephius:Started 3rd party set up speculation with genis, thomas and KA.Been arguing against Brik for a large portion of the game.null

I'll respond to Dephius a bit later, but I wanted to point something out first. Many of you have a town read on Terra. Why is that? As far as I can tell, he's done a lot of complaining and not much else. He keeps harping on the town to "be more proactive" and "create a favourable environment", but as far as I can tell he's doing just the opposite. His posts look town because he mentions town strategies, but all things considered Terra hasn't moved the game forward an inch.

Terra, consider that a reason for my vote still being on you.

(Also seriously guys, please stop thinking that I actually voted Terra because of meta. It was a random voting stage vote that I attempted to use to make the point that accusations based on meta are goofy and bad and that we should focus on things that take place within this game specifically. Unfortunately, what I thought was very clear sarcasm did not translate as well as I had hoped it would. My bad.)

Champ and Nixter's reads lists are interesting, and I'll make my comments on them at my usual time(hopefully, I'm quite busy today), as well as my analysis on Nixter's play so far while waiting for Thomas and Genis to post their lists so I can analyse them more(in addition to some town meta of Genis I've found, albeit old). For now, I've got something to say.

@Brik: I've been making cases on people(albeit short, with the exception of the Dephius one and the Nixter one coming soon), stating my views on people quite clearly and regularly, and trying to pressure my scumreads and/or change my views on them, while trying to get other people to do the same thing. My initial RVS vote was meant to gather a reaction from Arthur, purposely bandwagoning for that purpose. My second post after the RVS vote was an analysis of the situation, and then placing a vote on Genis while pressuring him with questioning.

I've asked a lot of questions, trying vainly to get information about other people. While my most recent posts has mostly been analysis, you can't really say that I haven't been contributing.

If you want to consider that by comparison I've contributed less than you, there are many other people who have not been posting at all and could be scum just making excuses to escape(namely Genis, Champ, Arthur, Thomas). At the very least, I've been analysing, staying active, and trying to get other people to do the same while following my own advice.

Brik, could you please give me a post where I haven't said at least something minor that helped me further my analysis. You definitely want the best for the town, but I think you're off-track, and I'm not sure how little I have contributed in other people's eyes.

-.- Sorry if we got busy personal lives. I'm just trying to keep my grades in check so that I can actually graduate and have the ability to get on here and post.

While Brik has already replied to you, Thomas, I'd like to ask you this question, if you don't mind: what applications of setup speculation do you think will apply to this game? In other words, where would setup speculation play a part in lynching mafia/finding townies/eventually winning?

This question is confusing me at the moment, but then again, I am beyond tired at this time :/

Alright. I'm back.

The reason that I said that the theme has a meaning to this game (besides pure aesthetics) is because claiming won't be as easy as it was in Ace Attorney, especially for the scum (or Dire, in this game) because there's more Radiant heroes than Dire heroes.

As TOWK said, there's at least 1 Strength, 1 Agility and 1 Intelligence Hero on each time (probably with the exception of 3P). Keep that in mind for later on in the game when it gets down to a only a few people.

I'm pretty sure that the abilities that are in our role PMs are related to our characters a Dota-ish mafia way.

Just basically, keep an eye out for certain Dota heroes that have abilities that have a resemblance to some of our roles that we use in mafia is what I'm trying to get at.

Well, finals and all that other stuff are taken care of. You all shall see me more often :)

I'm guessing that this is just an accidental slip, but wouldn't it be way easier for the mafia to claim, seeing as there are dozens of heroes on the "town" side?

Will respond to Terra and Dephius later, likely tomorrow.

Now that you mention it, it would be, since pretty much everyone will probably try to claim a character that is on the town side. I almost forgot about putting that into play .-.

I sincerely apologize for my lack of post for today, due to in part by my busy life and in part that it's not good enough yet: I will try my best to get the analysis up for tomorrow.

Alright, reads list:

Town:
Brik: He's doing a lot to keep the game going, and pushing it along.
Somewhat null but still worth explaining why:
Terra: Right now it's incredibly confusing to tell what side of the coin he could end up on. He always is a bit difficult to tell, but this time it's even harder.
Scum:
Nixter: "I decided to make a trap for the naive even if there are no naive and I knew it had no chance of working but it could have worked even with no chance so I did it"
Null:
Everyone else: I'll try to re-read and get some more reads done.

oh Brik was trying to see who would get on the wagon, like a carrot to catch a rabbit

that's actually pretty smart

Brik seems pretty town to me in that respect, then

Nixter wrote:
Because it clearly wasn't working, there was voting action past it when I posted that, and none of it had to do with Terra, therefore I see it as null if no one took the bait.

exactly, it would only work on the most naive players

Except nobody here seems naive? Just about everyone here is a mafia vet.

that's why i decided it wouldn't work, even giving it the benefit of the doubt, letting people vote and it obviously didn't provoke anyone to join

Nixter wrote:
because i was making sense of what he said and said it out loud in case no one saw it as a trap, but not stupid enough to go for it, like someone who's not sure there's a hornet nest, but not one going to test it

Here's my current analysis of the players so far:

Franziska von Karma – The only productive posts I’ve seen from the prosecutor (teehee) is about Nixter. Otherwise, she hasn’t posted much, so Null.

Terra - Town from what I’ve seen. He seems to be trying to help the town (even though for some reason he thinks I’m scum), and he’s been pretty productive. He’s actively trying to get everyone to participate, so there’s that.

Dephius – Null. He’d been able to contribute some discussion into the game (albeit it got him and others suspected just for adding to it). He defended himself well, but I’m not too sure about it.

Nixter – Null. While him “figuring out” why Brik kept his random vote was probably a mistake meant to help the town, his defense wasn’t very strong and I’m not entirely convinced.

Brik – His joke did not seem like a joke, but he argues for his points very well. I’m probably going to join on the bandwagon and say he’s Town because I don’t see much to suspect against him so far.

Champ – Basically repeats a bunch of arguments others have said. He hasn’t voiced his own opinions as much as rehashing others, so I’m Mafia on this one.

Thomas – Null. He’s been contributing to the game more than others, but he’s still a bit inactive to really make much out of it.

Dr. Geno – Three posts r u srs. Null.

Kyuubit – Null. Pretty inactive, but his posts are kind of contributive. Kind of.

King Arthur – Null. Dear god there’s so many nulls. Anyway, he’s just like the two above, so.
