I've wanted something like this for years in a Smash game, but alwyas thought that it wpuld probably be silly and that people would see this idea as just plain stupid and unecessary. But I'm so glad that they've finally done this!

he's been wrecking s*** with his yoshi for a while now, it's been really fun to watch

I'm glad he is joining tournaments and showing how great Yoshi is. I bet Mango is happy now that he is coming in first at tournaments again. I saw a interview of him at Super sweet and that he was sick of coming in third.

yoshi ain't a good character to begin with, amsa just really gud wit da n****. just like axe is gud wit his n****.

yoshi is still a pretty bad character (everyone knew he was underrated for a while, but he's still not great). Amsa is incredible with him, but he has some hard limitations.

And mango and armada are pretty much trading back and forth right now. It's hard to say how PP will place at evo, though.

I feel yoshi might be a character that seems non viable because of how polarizing fox is.... I mean yoshi loses hard to fox and 60% of melee players use fox.. but for some other basic MU's I don't think yoshi suffers that much.

If aMSa could get his yoshi to be optimal against foxes somehow I see him possibly being top6, I mean his tech skill and IQ is ridiculous.

From what I have seen he does well against Foxes, but I don't see much matches so I'm not sure.

aMSa does OK against fox players but Yoshi doesn't do well against fox... Imo aMSa just outplays most fox users... but if you look at a match like aMSa v. Mango, you'd see Mango basically raped with his fox Bnbs and "basic tech"... It almost seemed like all of yoshis approaches or tech didn't matter... Mango barley had to apply reads, prediction etc.. all he really had to do was trust his own tech skill, You can see the gap in character viability during that match up.
