Do you mean that net neutrality will not be protected? That sucks.
If it will be like that, things are going to be interesting in Europe, especially if the EU adopts strong legislation on net neutrality (something that seems dubious to me right now) I wonder how they'd deal with the asymmetry.

That is a shame. What is the libertarian stance on it? I can see them going both ways, though their mercurialism probably makes them supportive. Net neutrality is worth killing hugging a hoodie for.

Most Libertarians run with the Democrats, so the 25% that would vote in favor are probably the libertarians

Actually, I think the Libertarians oppose regulation. It seems consistent with their usual quaint ambivalence. http://blog.mises.org/10967/a-libertari ... eutrality/I am aware it is a blog, but the Ludwig von Mises Institute is an important Libertarian doublethink tank.
