Not really a fan of these trophy posts, as they are just a subtle "FU" to anyone who wanted the pictured character playable. I felt this very strongly with Wonder Red, and I never want anyone to feel it ever again.

Because Takamaru is obscure as f***, I can see him being either a playable surprise or a dangerous and hypey assist trophy.
It would be nice for another swordsman to join though. I love swordsmen.

Is a trophy always a deconfirmation, though? I remember there was an argument about it with Wonder Red, but did he even get a flat-out "He's not playable, suck it?"

Yeah man it all makes sense now; Sakurai is obviously hinting that Wonder Red will be playable by showing off his trophy. Man, that guy is a real trickster. Ridley is also confirmed.

So since the Star Fox characters have been different voice actors in every smash game so far. Did you guys like their voices from Brawl or would you guys rather have voices from Star Fox 64 3D.
Also what do you guys think of having another Sonic rep?

If their trophy is being shown first - before showing them as playable or an AT - they're not in the game. Use your common sense.

AND I DONT EVER WANNA FEEEEEEEEEEEEL LIKE I DID THAT DAY Obviously would prefer SF643D, because those are the same voice actors (99%) as in SF64, which was the best star fox game. _________________    Ask me anything!!!

I really want Mike West to do Fox's voice on his one. I think he handled it best, at least a ton better than the actors who came after him. Brawl's actor sounded too timid (Which is REALLY weird considering he was the one from Assault, who was cool and calculating) and... I don't even know what to say about whatever voice he had in 64 and Melee. Hated em. West is the only Fox for me.

Jeez, thanks for the positivity, loving community.
I honestly thought being playable/ an AT and being a trophy were entirely unrelated. Still kinda hope they are, but then again I'm still hoping that the Ridley thing was a mislead a f*** retard.
