That would be VERY cool.

And Sir Arthur is from one of the hardest games ever made. Ghost n' Goblins...

I really hoped that Spencer was in, and now he looks just as cool as I thought.

Arthurs cool, but I hate the game developers who see a retro game and remake him with the same stiff movements. I mean, they were only that stiff because of the limitations of the console, to take that as a particular style just does my head in.

Really? From some of the comments about him, people really hated that they used that design.

If I'm being honest, I never played the original BC, so I have nothing to compare to. He's a little too cartoony, but that's it.

Arthur only moves 'stiff' because that is his iconic movement (somewhat). Sir Arthur wouldn't be the same without his famous run animation.

It has been confirmed that there will be no playable characters from the Monster Hunter universe. (Source: Wikipedia)

Also guys, in an interview they said that Megaman X or Megaman.EXE will not be playable (source: Wikipedia). This leaves Volnuttt (which I doubt, since Tron Bonne is already in) and Mega Man (if the original is in, I don't think we'll see Roll back). I hope the original Mega Man will be playable again.

Thank god. I would hate playing as Megaman.EXE. But too bad with the Monster Hunter thing. You would think they would promote the new game Monster Hunter Tri but I guess i'm wrong. And then there's MODOK :-_-:. Inb4 Spencer can jump?

It's still stupid, I guess it's mainly the jump I have a problem with.

They try to give each character his or her own way of movement, that's why Arthur gets a jump that resembles the jump from his own games.

And it's not pure retro, Ghost 'n Goblins was also on the PSP (in which Arthur had the same movement) and there will be an iPhone game 'Ghost 'n Goblins Gold Knight'.

But lets notice that Arthur will have a huge disadvantage in MVC3 because of his moveset. His close combat is terrible

Real knights don't engage in close combat! They throw lances.

Anywho, since Spiderman can wear different costumes (different textures that is), do you guys think we'll see more of those interesting costume for other characters?

I forgot about the PSP game... They still had the same problem on that. It's just my opinion, I still don't like it.

Oh well, that is your opinion then. I prefer the jumpy Sir Arthur over a slow chunck of armor (like SSBB Ganondorf). Only thing that caught my eye that he appears to be somewhat small, almost Mario proportions, while the last time I saw him he had the size of a normal human.
