With the speed he's swinging the sword, it looks like his shield arm is moving in slow motion. Make it move a little faster? I think it'd look a bit more natural. The motion blurs themselves if taken as each individual frame look good, but put together they don't match up as well as they could. The first motion blur(the long one) looks good and accurate, but the second doesn't follow the same direction as it, and moves forward. It doesn't look very bad, but if you stare at the looped animation for a bit it's not super fluid. Not a huge problem though.
As for the jumping animation, when he's actually moving upward, the top of his head looks flat.

yeah that motion blur does look a little weird also that jump doesn't seem to smooth

Like the Toon Link sprites. Ya know I'm actually getting back to work on my TL expansion as well. Gotten a good amount of work done as well. The rest of your stuff is pretty awesome as well.

Wow. That's actually really good. The motion blur could be a lot better, but for a first attempt at it, that's very good. That's probably my favorite toon link sprite yet.

Experiment more with colours and outlines. I suggest starting with stronger (darker) outlines.

I messed around with the colours and outlines a lot, and came out with a deeper green. I went on Majora quick and noticed that the fins and the back of the head are actually suppose to be barely lighter then his original clothes, as if they were still his clothes. I also decided the right arm fin was a bit to wide and didn't match the left, so this is what I have for now.

His arm also looks a bit awkward on the crouch, like it extends at the end.

I think the point is that in the frame before it its being held towards his body, then he pushes it out.

If he put the shield on his back, it wouldn't connect into Jab2.

I am fixing the blur though.

I get that, but as of now it kind of looks more like his arm just grows. Or extends. Elongates. Not like it's being thrust forward.
