okay here i tried to fix the hands and i tried to fix the shirt here it is oh and i couldnt make the pants better so which one is better

the pants difference is hardly noticable, and the arms are worse now. :/
See how they are all straight angled? like, his left (our right) arm is completely straight until the hand comes out of nowhere slightly more upward, which doesnt make sense. And the other arm looks perfectly diagonal. It doesnt look human like.

ok are the arms better now oh and ill fix the pants later.added more shading on pants.also death the kid w.i.p adding head last.ok added shading too it (i know its not good) and here is natsu lower body (i know the pants arent as baggy but ill fix it )

The sprites look fine IMO, but whoever is on the first page has their stance really weird when punching.
