Nate happened to glance behind him. He saw Pug and Muffin and called out to them.
"Oh!" he yelled over the roar of the wind. "So it must've been you I heard. What'cha doin' up here?"

"Free ride... Not completely legal, but who cares? I don't live in this dimension." Pug says.
"you used to." Muffin says.

Nate scratched behind his ear.
"Actually, you're intruding on a planet called Kratix. I'm afraid I can't let you go unpunished for trying to get a free ride. No hard feelings though, right?" he asked.

Pug shrugs. "And muffin, don't confuse this planet with Earth."
Muffin mumbles something.
"I would travel away, but This planet has its charms." Pug snickers.

"You mean, like free train rides?" Nate quips playfully, unlimbering a strange-looking cylinder from his pack. It cascades into a sword, which he brandishes effortlessly.

Pug channels a small bit of lightning to his feet, allowing him to walk.
"So you wanna fight?"

Nate was slightly disconcerted. This stranger seemed to be able to move freely without fear of the wind ripping him right off the top of the train.
"Not really," he said, "but I can't just let this slide. I'm afraid I don't have much of a choice."
Nate twisted his face in thought.
"Oh, and by the way," he said slyly, "this train hits a tunnel in about five minutes. You don't have much of a choice either."

"Depends. I could break through it easily depending what it's made of." Pug cracks his knuckles, and sits down. "You bore me."

Nate shook his head. This guy had no idea what was going on. The tunnel went on for about a mile, and this guy thought he could simply break through it? And being called a bore was really quite maddening.
Nate started for Pug, but was pushed off balance by the wind. He shot toward the back of the train, directly in the path of Pug. He used this to his advantage, sticking his sword out in front of him with the intentions of impaling him.

OOC: yay for metal train.
Pug channels electricity through the ground, aiming to shock his opponent.
OOC: what is the tunnel made of?

OOC: Why, concrete, like any other tunnel!

Unfortunately for Pug, his shock didn't hit Nate, considering he was flying through the air.
And (since you didn't post a dodge) he is impaled by Nates sword.

OOC: You gotta post a dodge if you don't want to die.

Muffin retracts at Pug Dying. "You bastard!"

OOC: Just because he got stabbed doesn't mean he has to die. He could have just been stabbed in a non-vital area.
Oh, and you shouldn't have capitalized "dying".

Nate reached down and placed his fingers to Pug's net. He felt a pulse.
"He's not dead." Nate said reassuringly, "But that was a close one."

"But as his guardian, I should have protected him. But for that..." Muffins hair turns pitch black. "I, I promise you that you will never bother us again."
