Haha I was just wondering where you were. The other day my bro was telling me about your namesake from Naruto and I wondered "Hmm, when is Sot6p coming back? I haven't seen him in a while." Also thats when I found out your name was based off of the Sage of the 6 Paths, and it wasn't "Song of Time 6P" or something silly like that.

My bro isn't on the forums, he was just talking about Naruto in general, and then I put it all together (and think about how long we were on the forums at the same time lol).

It's good to see you again my old friend.

@Doc
Are you still going to keep the player rankings from last tournament or you going to make a new list for this one?

- Seeding is not random. It's actually based on tournaments approved for the X series that happen in the same month! The higher and the better you play, the higher and better you will be seeded. It's that simple! Well not really, but I'll get into the tech specs later.
- Not all tournaments will be approved for X series points. It depends on the size and the rules. Most tournaments will be fine though.
- X points are cleared every month for X Monthlies, and every year for X Annuals. (As in, there are two separate lists)
- Points are not tallied until after a tournament. That means I won't update scores midway through a Smash Island.

-----

X points are tallied based on the set counts throughout a tournament, and not how well you place in it. To be even more technical:

2-0 = 2 points
2-1 = 1 point
1-2 = 0 points
0-2 = -1 point

In other words, say Kyoz wins five sets in a tournament, all 2-0's. Kyoz gets 10 points on the X points list. However, if Gosick gets 3 2-0's, a 2-1, and a 1-2; Gosick only gets 7 points. As of now, it is not possible to have less than 0 points, but that might change in the future. Best of 5 sets are extended to include 3-0 (+3), 3-1(+2), 1-3(-1), and 0-3(-2).
