phpbb (which is what this forum is made of) is built off of php (a very nice programming language)

now php has it's own way of saying there is an error (unlike javascript or html) by putting the error message at the top of the page, or where the error is.

now, i'm not sure what the error means, but i think something is missing in the code

Do you have any idea what message_parser.php could possibly be?

Usually these errors just require a restart (which I did a little earlier) so lets see if it goes away. If not then PM me and I'll investigate further.
