These kinda jobs will probably be even more common for black people in ten years.

I did once see a short footage of a company that rents black people for things like cooking, cleaning and, yes, striptease.

I am afraid that the prospects of jobs like this have to wait a little.

I do wonder what discrimination legislation this form of employment does violate.

I mean, I can understand the idea of chinese people hiring someone exotic to make things look like they have more class and a well-oiled company stretching continents, but that just blew my mind.

At least all the employees featured were male (and not all were strippers either), I think male prostitution would be of a more reclusive nature than allowing themselves to be aired on television (even though with obvious marketing benefits).

I can't recall what program is was, though, it was a local television channel if I remembered it well.

Sure as hell did here, one of the more famous prostitutes of the country actually had it announced in national newspapers that she was moving. With address, phone number, pictures, and controversy from 80 year olds who opposed the idea.

That's right, national newspapers. All of em, on the top left corner of the front page, plus page two. I wonder if she paid, or gave out coupons.

Well, prostitutes often are not the richest or the most vocal people (quite many come from abroad, too). Though it is legal, they aren't esteemed highly and quite many people are judgmental about them... there is still a big stigma against them.

Also, not many people would like to be on television as a prostitute... unless they are a celebrity because of it (but I haven't heard of that yet, but I may be reading the wrong newspapers or magazines for that).
