After what happened to Amnesia under thechineseroom I'm looking forward to playing a game actually developed by Frictional.

anyone else playing this because i am and im dang spooked

i havent been playing it cuz i have no money but i have been watching a youtuber play it and holy moly is that game atmospheric

not sure if spoiler but just incase:
the whole idea of being alone at the bottom of the sea in an abandoned facility with rogue robots and other mysterious things gives me chills
one thing that i think how the game sets itself apart from others is the amount of detail in the sound department and how just even listening to the game without seeing anything can make you feel terrified and make you feel as if you're really alone and abandoned.

thats how i feel anyway, the game is great i hope i can get it when i have money

man this is the worst kind of game to watch someone else play before playing it yourself what the heck

look dude i dont have money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i mean its not the best option since i dont get the full immersion but it's still something, and besides if i were to actually play it i would make no progress because i am a sissy and i would freak the f*** out

minor mid-game story spoilers:
man, i found the sequence of escaping Theta base after the DUNBAT plan fails waaaay more scary than the infamous water segment in Amnesia. the part with all the different rooms you can lock and unlock from the security checkpoint computer was bad enough, but then all the really narrow vent crawling and super loud door opening with the mostly-blind monsters roaming around was painful
