Im completely new to flashes and I don't know how to make one. I have a windows Xp. Please help!!!

Did you buy Adobe Flash yet? If not then you can get a trial from this website: http://www.adobe.com.
If you are trying to get used to flash, then I would recommend Newgrounds for tutorials. EDIT: Read the rules of this forum, you are supposed to put a tag in the subject.  _________________  |
