Is it possible to stick ssf2 on the nintendo e-shop

rather than licensing and stuff, i just wonder can you run it on a Nintendo console in workable condition, like wii, wii u, switch. that would be pretty neat

Fun fact: SSF2 was originally intended to be playable on the Wii Internet Channel, back at the very beginning of its life. That idea was scrapped when the game began needing later versions of Flash than 6, the last version the Internet Channel supported.
Licensing aside, Flash itself is the main reason SSF2 couldn't run on a console even in a hypothetical world without copyright law. Not that many people make console-length/quality games in Flash, especially now, so it wouldn't be very lucrative for Adobe to make a Flash SDK for Wii U or Switch.
