Honestly it was more so the fact she couldn't stand such heights, though as prideful as she was. "Of course not.. i'm just fine" she'd try to reply sternly, her legs secured tightly at the sides of the animal, triyng her damnedest to keep steady. "What would make you think such a thing?"

"You just see, uncomfortable. Almost reluctant to get on." Eton said looking back at her again and then turning to Serene, you can start going, he said and the looked back at Tara again. "Your sure your going to be fine, if there's a problem, you can tell me."

Serene nodded to answer Eton, and got her Pepasus started. Once they started off, she turned her head to him "Which dirrection are we headed?" She asked him. "It would be kinda nice to have dirrections..." she said in a non-offensive way. She wanted to take aguess and head straight for the mountains, but she wanted to know exactly where they were going.

"Right into the mountains." Eton said. "We're still heading there."


The battle continued to rage. The Dragon clan was losing numbers quickly. Height elevation made all the difference, even with the creatures.

"Fall back!" A general in red shouted. The clan began to fall further back, any stragglers were cut down in their retreat.

"Ok lets go" said Tania cheerily, she took a bite out of the bread she had not yet began to eat. Windy took flight and followed Black King. Tania unbound her hair and let it fly freely in the air, before realizing that she wasn't alone, and that the hair was probably going to be blowing in their faces. She quickly re braided her hair with her left hand and kept Windy steady with the right.

Barbas heard the man, and took aim for the person that had said to fall back. Alright, don't forget to account for the wind. He reminded himself, keeping his arms stead as he took aim for the man, and fired.

Serene nodded to Eton and kept her course straight into the mountains. "This might be a little rough..." she told them "We'll be dodging rocks at what seems like powerful mountain winds." Black King kept steady for the ride. "He's too used to these winds I see...Isn't going through strong winds the easy part of trainning Pegasi?" she thought, trying to recall exactly what it was

The arrow pierced through the wind and hit the man through the neck. In a matter of mintues the rest of the army was gone. All that was left was crimson snow and bodies. Revan stood up and saw the corpse and the approached Barbas.

"Your getting a bonus Barbas. You just killed old Garret's brother. I doubt that old bastard will like the loss of his second in command."

Barbas placed his bow on his back, then his right hand behind his hand. "It was nothing." He said with a satisfying smirk crossing his face. "I figured he had to be someone important, to be barking orders like that." Barbas let his arm hang freely down his side, wiping the smirk from his face. "Thanks."

"So," yelled Tania over the wind "How long should it take for us to get there?"

"The moutains are right ahead, once the fog clears, you should see them." Eton said.

The army was regrouping, in the fight, they had lost a good 400 men total, including two commanders, however the enemy had lost more, there was much rejoicing to be had.

Barbas had nodded to himself. For once, I wasn't bored. For once, I was able to have some fun... Maybe I should join the army and make it a bit more permanent. He pondered about it, considered the other things he could do. I mean.. It's that, or travel... And traveling by ones self is boring, not to mention it can't be healthy...

Serene looked ahead, she could just barely see the mountains. "Majestic...don't you agree Black King?" she muttered looking at them. Black King's gaze didn't stray away from the path, but Serene heard him mutter something "I could agree...but that is not my job. I am only supposed to shuttle your damn friends..." Serene laughed at what he said, knowing that she was the only one who could hear his response.

Nechis looked at the already far ahead group, and began to sprint in the direction. "There's no way I'm going to catch up..." he muttered to himself, and shook his head. "I can observe from afar I suppose." He kept up a steady pace, and slowly trekked after the group. "I hope they don't notice..."

Tara kept silent as she held on tightly, truly she was terrified, eyes gazing down into the distant earth surface below, the wind lashing across her cheeks, trying to remain calm; a shiver surging up her spine, each moment was a nightmare... "Are we almost done?.." she'd finally say in a voice barely above a whisper.
