You click on a button called "profile". Then you click on the link to "search user's posts". Not that complicated.
Most of the time I remember peoples name changes though. Claus is Noob. Maverick hunter is Lan. Kumatora (only for a short time) was TSON. Whore-ni is Kittenpuncher. Butter cup is Thot. You get the idea.
