I'll join, but I have a question:
Yu Yu Hakusho's overall protagonist is Yusuke Urameshi, but the story revolves around him and his group (Yusuke, Kuwabara, Kurama, Hiei). So, am I allowed to draw Kurama instead, as he's one of the four main characters?

Yu Yu Hakusho Tournament Tactics for the GBA did have them helping Yusuke. Game's protagonist isn't always set (Final Fantasy 1 being an example.) So I don't see why it would be against the rules. And as a side note, did anyone want to actually show what they did if submitted already? _________________Come forth and bring me your twisted ideas. Really drawing any, got nothing better to do with my time. Either that or.... Youtube videos.

Unless its from a game then no, this also includes flash games as long as they are specified.
If you want your own character the only chance is to make a legit flash game with whoever you want to use as the main character otherwise they cant be original.
