Question, when judges pass judgement, is that done in OOC? And where are these fights to take place anyway? A simulated arena? The Wilderness?

Yes, especially considering that the judges probably have to undo some posts/actions, it wouldn't exactly fit to have it done IC... Or would it?

As for locations, I'm writing up a few locations, mostly different arenas, which will be decided between randomly at the start of each fight.

There are merits for both, but in hindsight, I guess OOC would work best.

Question: Is judgement done by consensus or just one judge assigned and they make the call?

Majority vote, 3 or 5 of the judges will be assigned to each fight.
