As a poor soul who has tried Bayo, I've heard so much about her monstrosus power bringing the supposed tourney bans again, how OP is she? like I mean it! how OP?! Oh, and BTW Term, there's already a "5mash" but people don't call it like that, not even by its real name.

let's not be smartasses, when people are referring to "Smash 5" they are referring to the next game(s) after Wii U and 3DS.

she's not Meta Knight good and she's not prepatch Sheik good, but the reason people want her banned is because she's all around awkward to fight against and has a high reward for a low risk

Brawl MK would be a better example. Most characters are "broken" in 64 while MK is the only broken character in Brawl. I think it's more so about how good a character is compared to the rest than how broken one is.

the smash 4 community is incredibly soft because it's full of younger players and because there are patches

Exactly. Bayo doesn't annoy me as much as other people. If they are going to place bans on her just to make the smash 4 tournament environment more friendly I can understand that. Banning her because she is OP is wrong and I don't really like that direction. Even though I am not with or against the bayo army. One thing that I wont do in smash 4 is I will not hate anyone for using any character they want to use. I remember I heard someone say on the spain twitter that she is more OP than brawl meta knight which I think we can all agree is a wrong statement. Bayo has weaknesses in the nuetral in any MU that we need to learn in order to beat her. Metaknight on the other hand in brawl did not.
