I saw a couple of threads talking about tokusatsu related content, but none of them really lasted. I think a general thread would benefit much better for potential discussions.

So I've been watching a lot of Heisei-Period Kamen Rider and a couple of Super Sentai teams, but I've put Super Sentai on hold (notably Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, but I have an interest in the Toqgers, Kyoryugers and potentially Shikengers).

I've completed Fourze, OOO, caught up to Gaim (episode 39), put Wizard/Decade on a hiatus and am currently on episode 30 something of W.

I'm personally awaiting for translations of Heisei x Showa and out of the Movie Wars that I've watched, my favorite would be hard split on Super Hero Taisen or Fourze x Wizard.

That's it on me on background. I'll be reviewing stuff as I go along to give some sort of insight on what I like and dislike.

The unofficial Sentai? It actually looks sort of interesting. I wanted to check it out later when I'm done with Wizard and Decade.

This was posted on a blog I follow a couple of days ago.

Even if you know a little bit of Japanese, it was interesting to watch.

I'm nearing the end of a review for Kamen Rider W that I've been writing. It'll be posted some time tomorrow.

Ooh, I'd want to read that review. One of my favorite Kamen Riders (and my first, in fact).

The movie was really great in some aspects but others not so much. All the riders seemed to be a bit weaker than they should be (freaking Decade and Kabuto), but otherwise the action sequences were great, especially the multiple rider henshins.

Lol Daigo coming out of nowhere though.

I think it is to conceptualize what most super heroes deal with in a crossover involving fighting their own kind or in this case, the "Man Behind the Belt" concept. That's primarily why you see Faiz get whooped for like half of the movie and even when he blocks the shot from both X and Wizard. I think Decade makes a great story teller, considering he's been to like, how many places now?

Speaking of Decade, there is a rumor that he's going to appear in the final episode of Kamen Rider Gaim, to connect Kouta's world to the universe of Kamen Rider Drive's. There were a couple of images leaked of the shooting for Kamen Rider Drive and the actor who plays Tsukasa Kadoya/Kamen Rider Decade (Masahiro Inoue) tweeted about going to a filming of a hero who has suffered the burden of the mask for a year now, which is fairly obvious who that is.

lol true. I see what you mean.

And freaking Decade is everywhere man. I doubt Urobuchi is writing that episode, though. It doesn't seem like he'd write about that.

Yeah, I don't think he would write about something like that either. In fact I think the character that's probably had the most troll-worthy of twists and turns is Narutaki.

And to think he actually upgraded from being this:

He also showed up in the Gaim x ToQger episode special, giving Kouta a pass to ride that imagination train thing. I actually flipped out when I saw him again because I didn't think he would come back after Super Hero Taisen.

I don't think anyone did, really. It was a pleasant surprise, though, to see him there.

I was kind of skeptical, considering the amount of bashing Kamen Rider Decade gets on those Tokusatsu boards. I think a lot of people were honestly blowing the /abomination/ known as Decade out of proportion, when there were other Rider series that suffered from plot holes and other insignificant story elements.

EDIT: Also shoutouts to this broke a** forum. I think I'm going to have to triple post.
