“But what if they leave without me?” Lift asks.

The nurse looked surprised. "You believe that they would leave without you? I think you're just a little shaken from whatever you got those wounds from. I assure you, you'll be fine."

Mira's eyes opened widely, she looked around for any plant that would possibly be growing in the alley but there was none to be found. She wiggled her body wildly, trying to get free, but the arms around her were strong. Her screams were muffled but the smothering hand, so she tried to bite the man hand instead.

The man lowered his head so his lips were near Mira's ear and whispered, "Please, do not struggle. We are here to help." In Mira's peripheral vision she could just barely see another man standing and watching, wearing what appeared to be a maroon cloak.

“Besides, I’m used to being so active…” Lift says, disappointed.

"You can't tell me that you'd prefer to be walking around covered in wounds rather than rest for just a day or two and become completely healthy so you can walk around without a problem."

Lift’s ears fold back. “But… but there’s nothing to do in there… TV’s not very fun…” Lift sighs. “You’re right…”

Mira stopped struggling, and tried to talk from beneath the man's hand "Pweef vet ve go" she said. Her heart still beat against her chest and her breathing hadn't slowed, but her mind was a bit uncertain about these people.

Lift - She gave him a smile and said, "Right this way," and walked down the hall a bit and stopped at an open room.

Mira - "I am sorry, but before we are able to do that, you must tell us where your Elemental Tool is."

Lift sighs and enters the room, his head lowered depressedly.

Kevin growls. He Panics and kicks with his legs, Hoping to escape. Kevin mumbles something asking what's going on.

"I donf alfays keep if wif me" she said while muffled "I fought I woulf be safe in a marketplace"

Lift - The room looked like a normal, bleak hospital room. The nurse followed him in and said, "Make yourself comfortable. I just need to set everything up and then I'll call the doctor in." She then busied herself with the medical equipment on the desk next to the door after shutting it.

Kevin - Kevin's body was being carried nearly horizontally now. The man had a little trouble with Kevin's struggling. "Stay...still..." the man grunted while he kept Kevin in check. He spun around sharply, which caused the back of Kevin's head to strike the wall of a nearby building, knocking him unconscious...

Mira - "What?!" the man asked, shocked. "What if those thugs out there find it and take it?!"

Lift sighs and glumly walks over to the bed. He jumps on and looks out the window.

OOC: Oh, forgot to ask. What's Lift's skeletal structure look like? You said he's an experiment gone wrong, but I don't know exactly how wrong it went.
