Spare yourself the pain of being chased out of MG. We have chased out enough annoying people to have fullproof strategies for doing so as quickly and painfully as possible.

-Upload the desired image to an image hosting site (I recommend Tinypic, no need to sign up for anything).

-Copy the [img] tags specifically designed for forums.

-Paste where desired.

You can also upload it directly from the computer, much less of a hassle. Just go to your User Control Panel, go to avatars, click browse and find your desired image.
BAM, you're done.
