My opinion shouldn't be taken to heart, as I have no experience regarding sprites and artwork.

But perhaps you should expand the creation of your sprites. The sprites above (the animated ones) look strikingly similar to existing ones. Try giving Goku some sort of new look and design. Try to be unique with the way you create your sprites.
