I think if a game affected us all so strongly & in so many areas that we don't think anything else topped it this year in those areas, it deserves to see those awards

It might be less interesting to have a game sweep like that, but it'd be a lot more insincere to give awards it should've won to some other (potentially garbage) game just for the sake of avoid a sweep
