and... he only hit three times meaning My shield would be gone but nothing hitting me because I know what you mean now and Megaman's shield can block three times.

Well, imagine guarding three fully charged Shadow Balls in Melee or three fully charged Aura Spheres in Brawl. Your sheild would break.
