Yep, I will be playing as her, jsut for the fact I find her AI god-awful, so I'm gonna do it ^_^! But I won't know what works good by just mixing and matching, I just need a few basic pointers for what EX combos go with what to work in a good way, since I want to avoid depending on the AI to save my a** 24/7.

Add Combo's a pretty nice one as it helps get that little tid bit of damage.
Past that, Strong, Vitality, and E. Guard can be mixed so that you get Life Drain, which makes more health be recovered with Life Seal. Can be good for those moments you really need it.

Anyone here got the 3DS version of Abyss? Any major differences from the PS2 version?

I kinda feel like playing it again but I forgot I don't have my US PS2 anymore

There are minor differences in monster stats and there are some glitches you can't do in the 3DS version, but it's all in all very similar.
You also can't keep Asch with the free world map glitch (Not sure why you'd want him anyway, he's so weak) and some monster stats are reverted back to their Japanese originals. Can't remember anything else different.

EDIT: Oh, and apparently it's possible to get the Tactical Leader costume easier for Luke. Adding onto that, some sidequests starts or deadlines have changed.

Well, some deadlines may be earlier, I'm not sure, might wanna get a Japanese version guide for that.
But, damn, I really wish the tactical leader was easy to get in the Japanese version.
All you have to do is beat Nebilim (Nebilim Sidequest Spoiler, although it's pretty obvious anyway) and you get the costume. In the English version on the PS2, you have to do it on Very Hard or Unknown.
..Yeah, I'm just gonna.. get 10x EXP and jack everyone up with the Tutti core.

I want to after it's localized.
Is Ludger that fun to play as? He looks amazing, especially in the opening. I've seen some gameplay videos of him and he moves pretty fast.

He is pretty fast and he becomes really useful when you get all of his weapons:Twin blades,A hammer,And Twin guns? and he has the most hi ougi's in TO series.
Just to bad they nerfed Jude.
