tbh, the most iconic characters of the pikmin series (and those constantly advertised everywhere) are the pikmin themselves. Olimar has just been the protagonist of the most games thus far. And to be honest, I don't think it makes sense to replace a character with virtually the same character, especially because Olimar already represents the series gameplay really well in his smash design, 'just because'. _________________    (you can now tweet mean things at me on Twitter @StevenEggplant) |

I don't have a Wii U, but I have a 3ds, I feel like buying a Wii U just to get a few great games isn't worth it. However I have a feeling, as if 3ds version of the game won't play as well or be as fun as the Wii U version. Anybody else feel similarly?

Yeah the one for the 3DS it'll be ok but the Wii U one will definitely be better because the Wii U is a heck of a lot stronger than the 3DS. I only get games that are only for the 3DS. _________________  |

The 3DS controls shouldn't be a big issue, really, aside from removing instant smash attacks with the R stick, I'd assume them to map what's L/R on the U version to a single shoulder button, same with what's ZL/ZR on the U version. _________________

SSB4 Isn't coming to the Wii at all, although it probably is possible to play with a Wii Remote and Nunchuk on the Wii U. |
