It is mainly used as edguarding and fancy KaioKen canceled full charged glitch

The charging up to the full beam is great that it is slow, I don't see anyone spamming Kamewaves everywhere without being punished by it.

I feel his fair is great for spiking and hover then up-special to get back on stage also never use a kamehaweha with team damage on :/

His fair is a sem-spike. Yeah Goku's recovery is great.
