That avatar rules, Btw. Meh, I really didn't like X & Y, and I frankly think that this pretty much reduces chances for my Number One pick, Mewtwo, to return. In particular, while I like the idea of a water-based moveset, I also enjoyed PKMN Trainer last time around, and I actually even liked Squirtle. Greninja just seemed like a slap in the face to a lot of fans of the older generations and it seems like he's just there to advertise X & Y. As for Charizard, happy he still is around, but I would've preferred the trainer's return with Charizard and the others. _________________ "Remember, believing in yourself is your magic." |

Psh y'all got Charizard be happy. We don't need another Lucario clone. *cough* Also, as Sakurai said, changing forms mid battle was removed so there would've been no chance for Pokemon Trainer. Even so, PT's mechanic of the Pokemon being weak after being out for a short time was kind of annoying anyway. _________________  |

I do agree with that note, but I still don't see why people think Mewtwo would be a Lucario clone - Mewtwo came first, both in PKMN and Smash. If anything, Lucario's the clone and Mew2 the original. mewtwo wouldnt be a lucario clone, id be fine with mewtwo returning but i dont think he will due to oversaturation of generation 1 pokemon. assuming jigglypuff is coming back, and now with charizard as well, it seems unlikely we'll get another gen 1. it's pretty understandable that sakurai would pick a water pokemon from the newer games.

If you had to cut Jigglypuff to make space for Mewtwo (not that I am saying that Pokemon can't have 6 reps) would you do it?
