My personal favorite is the Fire Flower. It's in almost EVERY Mario game.

Also, I freaking hate NSMBW.

you only hate it because you have no friends to play it with

Please shut up, Kyuubit.

I hate NSMBW because of the crappy levels, the gay flying power up, and the sophisticated way of running.

w-h-a-t
nsmbw was better than any classic mario game and if you don't think so then you just weren't around to experience just how "meh" they were first-hand

I respect the classics.
Also, it was easier to run and jump with a Gameboy than a Wiimote.

No, it's because you have censoring on.

I don't know how that managed to happen when the controls between the two systems are exactly the same.

Really? I don't remember enabling any censor thing, and if that's truth, do you, or someone else, know how to disable it [in Internet Explorer 8]?

I believe censoring is the default

Go to the User Control Panel>Board Preferences>Display Options and turn off censoring.

Yes, there is, shake the Wiimote and you character will do a Spin Jump, too bad it's not as powerful as SMW's Spin Jump.

Yeah, but you complained about how running and jumping specifically were more difficult to do on a Wii Remote than with a Game Boy. And running and jumping use the exact same controls, with the exact same buttons. So how you find that Mario is more difficult to control on a Wii Remote, I have no idea how you pulled that off, but congratulations.

And even if you did mean spinning, it's kind of irrelevant because you only need that s*** for speed runs and the like.

Spinning gets you to higher places, and New Super Mario Bros. Wii is going to be the game I have memories about (playing with friends, punshing those who I dislike, and then ROFL). Whoever Genis I believe, don't ever question the plumber. Without him gaming wouldn't be as it is today.

What the hell? You actually think I made fun of Mario?

I'm pretty sure the fact that the game played like classic Mario, had new power ups, and allowed for various highly entertaining forms of co-op play was a huge factor that made the game appeal to a very large demographic. It's actually one of the best games on the Wii imo, but I guess the game isn't for everyone...
