I believe Aristotle mentioned something that basically described my perfect type of government but I'm not sure it was him.

Actually, it was Plato who envisioned philosophers as rulers in his political discourse, which is rather totalitarian.

Aristotle thought that democracy was the least perverted of the corrupted forms of government.

No not that. I meant he had a quote specifically about my ideal government. At least I think it was him.

That and I fail to see what is wrong with totalitarianism.
