How can i change music from one to another in flash for movies. Can someone please help me with that.

you would need to change where the music frame ends and add the new song there...

It depends on how you are using your music (either by frames or by code)

Which way are you doing it?

Do you mean fading one in to the other or just stopping one and playing the other?

Both are achievable although the first may not be the best way unless you dont mind a bit of silence in between as they fade in/out
