Singed: RoA, FoN, BoS, Archangel, GA, Sunfire GG He's tough to play and fight. Unless you can burst him down the second he appears it is really hard to stop him from doing major damage. He'll probably still get the ultimate off, even if you just killed him. Best bet is to stack some Magic Resist, maybe go for a Banshees.

Heimer too. I find having to mid against him a b****. And the fact he can take down turrets without being in range is a bit meh too.
