There isn't an official tier list from smashboards back room yet but there are hundreds of player made tier lists around the net.

i'm with you on "don't judge your main based on a tier list". don't look at just tiers if you want to play casually but i mean, i wouldn't suggest entering any tournament and playing Robin.
you can easily judge a character based on a tier list (just don't follow it religiously lmao)


also ZeRo had a tier list of sorts going but unfortunately that patch probably threw some stuff off like buffing Luigi for some hilarious reason

The tier for ZeRo was just his thoughts on certain characters and why he thought some did better than others.

I agree with Kuro the same.

They buffed Ness' spike. I haven't played since the update, but that's pretty awesome. That move was the one complaint I had with Ness.

Also we should do a MG tournament with the new tourney mode. Anyone interested?

Oooh Zelda's jab does 8% now. Not that anyone will use it. But 8% isn't too shabby.

Well I am sorry I didn't base that on tier by the way but Falco and robin and also jigglypuff somewhat are characters that are perfect examples of characters that are and empty slot of the character select screen for the sher fact that they are that terrible in smash 4

I can safely say I win most matches with Robin. Playing a "garbage character" is more fun. It also throws your opponent off massively if they didn't know the matchup. I once took a Smash 4 Customs Tournament with Ganondorf because everyone was expecting Villager.
He's bad, but he isn't outright garbage. Especially after the buffs in the most recent patch, now that he has a combo throw.
