The reason I mention the water is because if you watch the puppet master episode in season 3, you learn just how UNlimited waterbending is. And it's quite obvious how pretty unlimited air bending is.
Did it dissapoint anyone else that there was a lack of air scooter?

From the moment I heard that they were making a live-action adaption I knew it wasn't going to be anything spectacular. Nevertheless, I will watch it somehow (might borrow the DVD off a friend or something when it comes out) just to see the epic special effects.
Oh yeah, and according to wiki, it "had overwhelming negative reviews while only 8% gave it a positive review".

I saw some of the special, but i missed most of it. Him removing the keyoshi warriors was apparently because of too much film, because he loved them too much? Well, because of his love for the keyoshi warriors, there will be quite a bit of story cut out later. And he was adding the change to fire bending because it was apparently the only bending that wasnt limited? Well then he should watch season three and learn that water benders can pull water out of thin air, or realize that air benders can... USE THE DANG AIR! The only truly limited element is earth, which is mostly made up for by its already considerable strength, and that usually, unless they are weak enough to be taken out into the middle of the ocean, they have bendables...

If there was no air, no air bending. And water bending in the air is limited cause only 1% of the air is water.

If there was no air, there would be no fire either, since it needs oxygen to stay lit, not to mention you would die...

Besides, this is movie/anime land, science means nothing!

if there was no air, theyd be dead. but that has nothing to do with anything. What, are you suggesting the air just dissapears?

Well it looks like the fire benders are a little underpowered now, Though I kind of see where he's going with it

Iroh Is seen creating fire from his finger tips because he learned from the original benders while the rest hadn't; Cartoon wise Learning in the steps of iroh just makes your bending better then others

Edit: Oh yeah Welcome back CCS

I lol at this movie for being so awful, and I lol at this movie for earning an 8% on rotten tomatoes.

Yeah, sure, you could see where it was going, but it still wanst the best idea... He was trying to limit them to match the others, but it didnt end up balancing so well...
EDIT: To avoid double posting. This is win.

I completely agree with you. The movie felt rushed to me, and the action was horrendous. It felt slow and delayed which obviously didn't catch my interest. The story seemed jumbled to me too. As a fan of the cartoon series, this movie is a disgrace. And what was up with all of the mispronounciations? Sow-ka? Ong?

The cool stuff in the trailer wasn't in the movie, but it was fun.

I only trust Spoony and he has yet to weigh in on it. Still, he told us he didn't like it. Oh well.
