I speculate Luffy because he could be a very fun character to play as. One other character that could have some serious moveset potential is Takamaru.
Edit: I also want to speculate any character that was cut from SSF1, with the exception of the Fanon Characters. Meaning that I am talking about Mr. Incredible, InuYasha, Young Link, & Mega Man X. I want to speculate one of them to rejoin the roster after the roster change a while back. If I had to speculate one character, it might be Mr. Incredible or InuYasha. @Goku: I'm pretty sure a couple of the devs themselves said that Mr.Incredible was defiantly not going to re appear in the roster and I don't think he was in the original (Pre-0.7v) roster for ssf2 in the first place.

I want to speculate another Fire Emblem rep. Besides Ike & Roy, which I hope that both of these guys make it in, I want to speculate Lyn. Even though she might end up as an Assist Trophy AND there are already a lot of swordsmen in the game, Lyn can be a pretty cool character to play as.
